Indexer location enumeration. Server should use location as hint when determining how data is given for indexing.

| <a id="v-INDEXER_LOCATION_LEGACY"></a>`INDEXER_LOCATION_LEGACY` | 1 | Indexer is internal legacy MFIndexer. |
| <a id="v-INDEXER_LOCATION_EXTERNAL"></a>`INDEXER_LOCATION_EXTERNAL` | 2 | Indexer is located outside M-Files Server computer. |
