Workspace settings scope. Selects which row the GetWorkspaceSettings call returns.

| <a id="v-WORKSPACE_SETTINGS_SCOPE_EFFECTIVE"></a>`WORKSPACE_SETTINGS_SCOPE_EFFECTIVE` | 0 | Return the caller's effective workspace settings (their own tab order): the user's personal row, falling back to the stored defaults row, reconciled with every view the caller can see. Use this to render the user's own workspace. |
| <a id="v-WORKSPACE_SETTINGS_SCOPE_DEFAULTS"></a>`WORKSPACE_SETTINGS_SCOPE_DEFAULTS` | 1 | Return the admin-set default settings only (the UA_WORKSPACESETTINGS row with ID_USERACCOUNT = unset), with no personal fallback, reconciled with the common views. Use this to compare against, reset to, or otherwise surface the defaults in the UI. |
