## Remarks

- A consumer that starts calls this once and then passes the IDs to
  [GetNewBroadcastMessages](https://developer.m-files.com/APIs/gRPC-API/Reference/MFiles.IRPCApplicationTaskQueue/GetNewBroadcastMessages/index.md) to
  receive only messages sent after that point.
- Requires a vault session and the vault right `change_full_control_role`.
