## Remarks

- Requires a vault session and the vault right `manage_events`.
- Only `id` and `default_filter_view` are used. With `default_filter_view` true, the caller's
  previous default filter stops being the default. An unknown `id` is not reported as an error.

## Request: UpdateEventLogFilterDefaultValueRequest

This is copy of EventLogFilter for backwards compatibility.
Cannot use alias because alias that would require service proto to depend directly on struct proto.
