Lets M-Files cloud services that hand out object and value list item IDs on behalf of a vault
ask the vault to replenish their ID ranges.

## Overview

Infrastructure for M-Files Cloud. Applications do not call this service: it accepts only
technical login accounts of M-Files cloud services, and servers without the feature answer
"Not implemented.".
