## Remarks

- **For M-Files components only.** M-Files Admin calls it before it saves the setting.
  Applications should not call it.
- Not available in this version: the server fails it with "Not implemented.".
- Requires the vault right `manage_users`. True when at least one user account with the
  `can_log_in` role has a Microsoft Entra object ID (a GUID) as `external_id`.
