Restores a deleted item of a plain value list, together with its deleted parent items.

## Remarks

- Requires the vault rights `license_allows_modifications` and
  `manage_value_list_items_from_client` (for Traditional folders: `manage_traditional_folders`).
- Not for real object types: they fail with "Not found."; undelete objects with
  [UndeleteObject](https://developer.m-files.com/APIs/gRPC-API/Reference/MFiles.IRPCObjectOperations/UndeleteObject/index.md).
- Find deleted items with the condition Deleted (5) equal to true in
  [SearchValueListItemsWithPermissions](https://developer.m-files.com/APIs/gRPC-API/Reference/MFiles.IRPCValueLists/SearchValueListItemsWithPermissions/index.md).

| `obj_id.item_id.internal_id` | `int32` | The ID of the object or value list item. |
