Gets all translations of the vault's metadata structure names as one JSON document.

## Remarks

Requires the rights to change the metadata structure and to see all objects; other users get an
access-denied error. Used by M-Files administration tools. The JSON nests objects by the four
parts of each translation ID and maps
language IDs to the translated strings.
