Gets the number of objects affected by a known file data problem of earlier M-Files versions that
the server has detected in the vault, and that the administrator has not dismissed.

- Requires a vault session and the vault right `verify_vault`. Read-only.
- Returns 0 when no problems were recorded or when they have been dismissed with

  calls it when it opens a vault; see the details with
