## Remarks

- Same as [RunExtensionMethod](https://developer.m-files.com/APIs/gRPC-API/Reference/MFiles.IRPCVaultExtensionMethods/RunExtensionMethod/index.md) with
  an all-zero `application_id` and uncompressed input.
- An unknown name fails with "Not found. (<name>)".
