Lists the domains whose accounts can be imported: the server's own domain and the domains it
can reach.

## Remarks

- Requires the vault right `manage_users`. Includes the domains of the vault's default user
  synchronization plugin. Returns no directory domains when the server computer is not in a
  domain.
