FileSensitivityLabel

A single Purview / SPE sensitivity label attached to a file. Mirrors the C# FileSensitivityLabel: the string fields are nullable from the source JSON, so the wrapper preserves nulls instead of forcing empty strings. bHasProtection is a plain boolean: when the source JSON omits "hasProtection" it defaults to FALSE, which is the safe value for this advisory-only UX hint.
