Fields

`key`	`int32`	1	The unique key of the item.
`name`	`string`	2	The display name of the item.

IRPCVault.GetUsersAndUserContainers -- Gets all users and all user groups of the vault.
IRPCVault.GetUsersAndUserGroupsList -- Gets the names of all users and user groups in one list, with group IDs negated.

ACLWithNames.subject_names -- The key-name pairs that correspond the users and user groups of the ACL. Positive IDs correspond to user names while negative IDs correspond to user group names.
BasicUserGroupInfo.members -- The key-name pairs that correspond the members of the user group.
BasicUserGroupInfo.old_members -- The key-name pairs that correspond the previous members of the user group.
GetUsersAndUserGroupsListResponse.users_and_user_groups -- Users (positive key = user ID) followed by user groups (negative key = minus the group ID).
GetUsersAndUserContainersResponse.users -- The users: key is the user ID, name the full name.
