`obj_id`	`ObjID`	1	The object to migrate.
`set_properties`	repeated `PropertyValue`	2	The properties to add/replace.
`source_object_policy`	`MigrationSourceObjectPolicy`	3	Specifies what is done to the source object after the migration.Values: `MIGRATION_SOURCE_OBJECT_POLICY_UNSPECIFIED` (0), `MIGRATION_SOURCE_OBJECT_POLICY_KEEP` (1), `MIGRATION_SOURCE_OBJECT_POLICY_DELETE` (2), `MIGRATION_SOURCE_OBJECT_POLICY_DESTROY` (3).
