Struct for a common set of monitoring datapoints for indexing.

`capabilities`	`StringValue`	1	If set, specifies the index data format capabilities. unset indicates "not applicable".
`index_size_as_items`	`int32`	2	If not -1, specifies the index size as item count.
`index_size_as_megabytes`	`int32`	3	If not -1, specifies the index size as megabytes.
`rebuild_started_at`	`google.protobuf.Timestamp`	4	If not a zero timestamp, identifies the start time (in UTC) of the previous rebuild.
`rebuild_completed_at`	`google.protobuf.Timestamp`	5	If not a zero timestamp, identifies the completion time (in UTC) of the previous rebuild. Set indexingmode to eimRebuild to indicate an ongoing rebuild.

Used by methods

IRPCMonitoringDatapointsSink.PushDatapointsForIndexingCommon -- Stores index-level data points of one index: data format capabilities, index size and the times of the last rebuild.

PushDatapointsForIndexingCommonRequest.datapoints -- The monitoring datapoints.
