`property_def`	`int32`	2	Specifies the property that is updated.
`only_empty_values`	`bool`	3	True to recalculate unset values only.
`source_property_def`	`int32`	4	If lPropertyDef is PROPERTYDEF_TITLE, specifies the source property (the name property of the class). Otherwise must be -1.
`class_filter`	`int32`	5	Specifies the class the objects of which are updated. Specify PROFILE_UNINITIALIZED to updates all objects regardless of their class.
