Fields

Field	Type	Number	Description
`year`	`uint32`	1	The year. The valid values are 1601 through 30827.
`month`	`uint32`	2	The month. The valid values are 1 through 12.
`day_of_week`	`uint32`	3	The day of the week. The valid values are 0 through 6, starting with Sunday.
`day`	`uint32`	4	The day of the month. The valid values are 1 through 31.
`hour`	`uint32`	5	The hour. The valid values are 0 through 23.
`minute`	`uint32`	6	The minute. The valid values are 0 through 59.
`second`	`uint32`	7	The second. The valid values are 0 through 59.
`milliseconds`	`uint32`	8	The millisecond. The valid values are 0 through 999.
