TypedValue
A value with its data type: the value of a property, or a value in a search condition.
Set type and the member of data that belongs to it, for example DATATYPE_TEXT with
data.text, DATATYPE_MULTI_LINE_TEXT with data.multi_line_text, or DATATYPE_LOOKUP with
data.lookup. An empty value comes back with is_null_value true and data unset.
