IRPCAgent.CreateAgentResponse
Vault API / standard write session idempotent returns metadata structure version
Sends one turn to the general Aino agent and returns its answer. Used by M-Files clients; the request and response formats are internal to them.

Remarks
- Requires a vault session of a user and a vault whose subscription includes Aino.
- The server forwards the request as given and returns the agent's answer unchanged.
