Remarks
- Requires a vault session. No special vault rights are needed.
- Accepts both value list IDs and object type IDs. An unknown ID fails with "Not found.".
- A list the user cannot see is returned with empty names; it does not fail.
- Cacheable by metadata structure version. Same data as GetObjectType without the icon.
