Remarks
- Any user may read the caller's own login (the name is compared case-insensitively); other
logins require the vault right
manage_users. An unknown account fails with "Not found.".

plogin.options.can_log_in | bool | Can log in. A login that does not have this role is disabled and cannot log in even if the login has the sysadmin role. |
