Gets the languages that the full-text search of a vault supports, or the server's defaults.

Remarks
- Requires either the system administrator server role (server right
manage_vaults) or a vault session with full control of the vault (a vault administrator succeeds, a normal user gets "Access denied"). - Read-only.
