Event Log Filter record. This is not labeled "rpc_payload" because IRPCEventsAdmin uses alias.

Fields

Field	Type	Number	Description
`id`	`int64`	1	ID of the Event Log Filter record.
`name`	`string`	2	Name of the Event Log Filter record.
`created_by_user_account`	`int32`	3	The account ID of the user who created the record
`condition`	`EventLogFilterCondition`	4	Information about the search conditions.
`default_filter_view`	`bool`	5	Tells if the Event Log Filter record was set as Default Filter View.

IRPCEventsAdmin.SaveEventLogFilter -- Saves a named event log filter for the calling user.

EventLogFilterArray.event_log_filter_items -- Event Log Filter items.
SaveEventLogFilterRequest.event_log_filter -- The filter to save: name, condition and default_filter_view. See EventLogFilter.
