| GetPropertyValuesOfFolder | Extracts as many property values from the given folder location as possible for the purposes of prefilling metadata when creating new objects of the specified type. May return zero or more property values. |
| GetPropertyValuesOfPath | Extracts as many property values from the given path string as possible for the purposes of prefilling metadata when creating new objects of the specified type. May return zero or more property values. Does not fail if the path no longer exists. |
| GetTemporarySearchByPath | Gets information on the temporary search view specified by the path. |
| GetTemporarySearchView | Gets information on the specified temporary search view. |
| GetView | Gets the specified view in the vault. |
| GetViewIDByGUID | Gets the ID of the metadata structure element with the specified GUID. Returns -1 if a match is not found. |

| GetViews | Gets all views of the vault. |
| GetViewsAdmin | Gets the common views and/or views for a specific user. |
| ModifyTemporarySearch | Modifies the temporary search view. |
| RemoveView | Deletes the specified view. |
| RequestClientDirectoryRefresh | Requests the client cache refresh for a directory structure. |
| ResetFolderUIStateForFolder | Resets the UI settings of a specified folder to program defaults or common defaults. |
| ResetFolderUIStateForSpecialLocation | Resets the UI settings of a specified folder to program defaults or common defaults. |
| SaveFolderUIStateForFolder | Saves the UI settings of a specified folder. |
| SaveFolderUIStateForSpecialLocation | Saves the UI settings of a specified folder. |
| SetViewVisibility | Sets the visibility of a view for the user in the default listing of the view. |
| ShowViewOrPropertyFolder | Shows the given view or property folder. |
| UpdateView | Updates the specified view. Returns the updated view. |
