Remarks
- Requires a vault session and the vault right
manage_events. - When the user has no default filter, the response has
object_type-1,object_class-2 and everything else empty.

Response: GetEventLogFilterRecordResponse
This is copy of EventLogFilterCondition for backwards compatibility. Cannot use alias because alias that would require service proto to depend directly on struct proto.
