Remarks

Requires a vault session and the vault right manage_events.
Only id and default_filter_view are used. With default_filter_view true, the caller's previous default filter stops being the default. An unknown id is not reported as an error.

This is copy of EventLogFilter for backwards compatibility. Cannot use alias because alias that would require service proto to depend directly on struct proto.
