IRPCObjectOperations.GetComparisonUrlOfUploadedFile
Vault API / core write session or assertion
Gets a URL of a page that shows the differences between a document file in the vault and a
stateless upload identified by its file_ref.

Remarks
Fails with not implemented on servers that do not support stateless uploads.
